Partner Program

Represent Vaultris in your region.

Vaultris is deployed by partners who can implement it, support it, and stand in front of an agency customer when it matters. This page sets out exactly what we require, how an application is routed and reviewed, and what you get once you are activated.

1 — Eligibility

What a company must have before it can apply.

These are minimums, not targets. An application that misses one of them will not clear review, so it is worth checking honestly before you spend time on the form.

RequirementMinimumWhy we ask
Company age 3 years or more in business Long enough to have delivered, supported, and renewed real work.
Registered business Legally registered company Registration number and jurisdiction are checked during document review.
Technical staff Minimum of 3 certified or qualified engineers They do not need Vaultris certification on day one — training is assigned after approval.
Local presence Physical presence in the selected country or region A staffed address in-region. Agencies expect someone who can attend site.
Business references Minimum of 3 customer or project references Contactable. Public-sector or regulated-industry references carry the most weight.
Sales capability Able to implement and provide first-level support You deploy and hold the first call. Vaultris takes escalations.
Commitment Agreement to the partner agreement and code of conduct Signed before activation, and binding on every engineer who holds a credential.

On the three-engineer minimum. They do not need to hold Vaultris certification when you apply — certification is assigned and sat after approval. What we are checking is that you already employ enough qualified technical staff that a deployment does not rest on one person.

2 — Application process

Nine steps from application to activation.

Each step has to complete before the next opens. Most of the elapsed time sits in document review and in scheduling your engineers onto a training cohort.

  1. Select regionDetermines which team reviews your application.
  2. Complete company profileTrading history, staff, presence, and references.
  3. Upload required documentsRegistration, references, and staff qualifications.
  4. Review by VaultrisThe regional partner team checks eligibility and fit.
  5. Technical interviewWhere the deployment profile warrants it.
  6. Partner approvalAgreement and code of conduct are executed.
  7. Training assignmentModules assigned to your named engineers.
  8. CertificationEngineers sit and pass the certification exams.
  9. Partner activatedPortal access, resources, and deal registration open.

3 — Regions

Five operating regions, each with its own desk.

You apply for the region you actually operate in — the one where you hold a physical presence and can attend a customer site. Each region runs its own review queue, training calendar, and marketing material.

4 — Regional routing

What happens the moment you submit.

Routing is automatic and based solely on the region you select. Nothing waits on a person to triage it.

Latin America & Caribbean

One desk covers the Caribbean basin and Latin America. Selecting it causes the system to:

  • Create the application
  • Send a confirmation email
  • Notify the Caribbean Partner Manager
  • Place the application in the Caribbean review queue

United States · Canada · United Kingdom

Each has its own team and its own queue:

  • United States routes to the US Partner Team
  • Canada routes to the Canadian Partner Team
  • United Kingdom routes to the UK Partner Team

Confirmation and queue placement work identically to the Caribbean flow.

5 — Apply

Submit a partner application.

Do not attach classified, controlled, or otherwise sensitive material. Registration documents and references are requested separately once your application reaches document review.

What you receive

The confirmation email.

Submitting the form creates the application, routes it to your regional queue, and sends this acknowledgement to the address you provide. It is the same text every applicant receives.

6 — Partner portal

What opens once you are approved.

Approved partners get a portal account per named user. Everything below is scoped to your company and your tier.

Dashboard

Application status, certification expiry, and open actions in one view.

Company profile

Keep trading details, addresses, and named contacts current.

Partner level

Your current tier and what the next one requires.

Certifications

Which engineers hold which certification, and when each lapses.

Sales opportunities

Leads routed to you by the regional partner team.

Registered deals

Register an opportunity and hold it while you work it.

Support tickets

Raise and track escalations that go past first-level support.

Download center

Technical, sales, and brand material for your tier.

Training progress

Module completion per engineer across your team.

11 — Partner levels

Four tiers, earned rather than negotiated.

Every partner enters at Registered. Movement between tiers is driven by certified engineers on staff and deployments that stayed live — not by commitment to a number.

Entry

Registered Partner

Where every partner starts, the moment the application is approved.

  • Portal and download centre access
  • Training assigned to named engineers
  • Deal registration
  • Regional team as the escalation path

Tier 2

Silver Partner

Earned with certified engineers and deployments that went live and stayed live.

  • Certified engineers on staff
  • Referenceable completed deployments
  • Joint pipeline review
  • Access to competitive and pricing material

Tier 3

Gold Partner

Sustained sales volume and depth of certification across more than one engineer.

  • Multiple certified engineers
  • Sustained sales volume
  • Priority technical escalation
  • Joint marketing and campaign support

Tier 4

Platinum Partner

A strategic partner operating as an extension of the Vaultris delivery team.

  • Dedicated account management
  • Advanced technical capability in-house
  • Early access to roadmap and betas
  • Joint bid and proposal support

Tiering is being rolled out as the programme grows. Every partner approved today enters at Registered Partner. The Silver, Gold, and Platinum criteria above describe the direction of the programme; the thresholds attached to each will be published to partners before the tiers become active.

Applications are reviewed by the regional team, not a central inbox. If you meet the eligibility minimums, start the application — it takes about ten minutes.
