Training & Certification

Certified engineers, not badge holders.

Vaultris partners deploy into networks where a failed change has operational consequences. Training exists so your engineers can build, harden, and support the platform without us in the room — and certification is how we check that they can.

7 — Training centre

The material behind the modules.

Every asset below is maintained against the shipping release, not a snapshot. Partners get it through the portal once their application is approved.

Installation guides

Step-by-step build for each supported deployment model.

Administrator guides

Day-two operation: users, groups, assets, vault, and policy.

Best practices

What holds up in production, and the patterns that do not.

Security documentation

Hardening baselines, key handling, and threat model.

Architecture guides

Reference designs including air-gapped and sovereign estates.

Sales presentations

Deck and talk-track pitched at the agency buyer.

Product videos

Narrated walkthroughs recorded from the live portal.

Demo lab guides

Build a repeatable demo estate you control end to end.

Two of these are already public. The product guide covers day-to-day operation, and operator training is a set of narrated walkthroughs recorded from the live portal. Use them to assess the platform before you apply — the partner-only material goes deeper on build, architecture, and commercial positioning.

8 — Services training

Ten modules.

Assigned to your named engineers after approval. Installation, bastion deployment, and session recording are mandatory before an engineer can be put in front of a customer estate.

ModuleWhat it covers
Installation Build a working gateway from scratch on supported platforms.
High availability Clustering, failover behaviour, and what breaks a quorum.
Bastion deployment Placing the gateway so no direct administrative path survives.
Disaster recovery Backup, restore, and proving the restore actually works.
Zero trust Where a brokered gateway fits inside a zero-trust architecture.
Multi-factor authentication Enrolment, enforcement, and break-glass without a back door.
Session recording Capture, storage, retention, and defensible playback.
Compliance Mapping controls to CJIS, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
Reporting Getting an auditor what they asked for without a binder.
API integration Automating provisioning and pulling events into a SIEM.

9 — Training schedule

Sessions and cohorts.

Delivered as scheduled cohorts rather than on demand, so your engineers train alongside engineers from other partners working the same problems.

TrainingDateStatus
Partner Boot Camp February 2026 Completed
Technical Certification July 2026 Completed
Advanced Administration October 2026 Upcoming
Security & Compliance Workshop November 2026 Upcoming

Regional cohorts are scheduled separately and issued with your training assignment.

Certification

What partners can do in the training centre.

Before a session

  • Register engineers onto a cohort
  • View the agenda and prerequisites
  • Download course material in advance

During and after

  • Join online sessions
  • Sit certification exams
  • Track module completion per engineer

Certification is held by a person, not a company. It follows the engineer, has an expiry, and is re-sat against the current release. Your partner tier depends on how many certified engineers you actually employ — so an engineer leaving changes your standing, and we would rather tell you that up front.

10 — Partner resources

The download centre.

Sales and marketing material, scoped to your partner tier. These are partner-only assets — they unlock in the portal once your application is approved and your agreement is executed.

  • Logos
  • Brand guidelines
  • Sales decks
  • Product datasheets
  • Pricing guides
  • Competitive comparisons
  • Proposal templates
  • Case studies
  • White papers

Brand assets for public and press use are available now at vaultris.net/brand.

Training starts after approval.

Modules are assigned to named engineers once your partner application clears review. If you have not applied yet, that is the first step.
